One of my favorite people lives out in LA and keeps track of me via my blog, and sometimes if I write something she likes, she’ll find me via one of my technologies and quote Octavia Spencer in “Never Been Kissed” and say, “Damn girl, you ARE a writer,” and it makes me feel loved.
Also, why isn’t there a clip on YouTube of Octavia Spencer saying, “Damn girl, you ARE a writer”?
